Fractional CFO & Advisory

Advisory Service Terms

$1,995 one-time CFO Build — non-refundable, invoiced during your build.

then $449/mo retainer, starting once your build is complete.

You are not charged today. Your $449/mo begins when your Advisory dashboard is delivered.

These Advisory Service Terms apply in addition to the CFO Command Terms of Service. Where they conflict, these terms control for Advisory services. They are between you ("you" or "the Company") and Financial Growth Services LLC, doing business as CFO Command ("we," "us," or "FGS"). 1. WHAT ADVISORY INCLUDES 1.1 CUSTOM DASHBOARD BUILD. We build a financial dashboard configured to your business from the information you provide at onboarding. We confirm in writing which figures update automatically from your accounting system, which are maintained manually, and what we need from you each period. Target delivery is two to three weeks from the later of (a) receipt of the information in Section 4 and (b) payment of the build fee. Your dashboard is published once the build fee is received. 1.2 MONTHLY REFRESH. Each month we refresh your dashboard with current data, update manually maintained figures from information you supply, and provide a short recorded walkthrough of what changed. 1.3 CFO ANALYSIS. A written review of your financial position covering the areas agreed at onboarding. 1.4 QUARTERLY REVIEW. Each quarter, a review delivered either as a live call at a mutually convenient time or as a recorded walkthrough, at your election. 1.5 EMAIL ACCESS. You may email us questions about your dashboard, reports, or financial position. We aim to respond within two business days. 1.6 CONTINUED PLATFORM ACCESS. You retain full access to your existing CFO Command dashboard throughout the build. 2. WHAT ADVISORY IS NOT Please read this section carefully. 2.1 NO ASSURANCE SERVICES. We do not perform an audit, review, or compilation of your financial statements and express no opinion or assurance on them. Nothing we provide is an audited or reviewed financial statement or may be represented to any third party as one. 2.2 WE ARE NOT A CPA FIRM. Financial Growth Services LLC is not a licensed certified public accounting firm, and these services are not the practice of public accounting. No individual providing them does so as a licensed CPA. 2.3 NO TAX SERVICES. We do not prepare, review, or file tax returns and do not provide tax advice. Any discussion touching on tax is general information only. 2.4 NO LEGAL OR INVESTMENT ADVICE. Nothing we provide is legal or investment advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. 2.5 NO BOOKKEEPING OR CLEANUP. Advisory does not include bookkeeping, catch-up bookkeeping, reconciliation, or cleanup of your records. If your records need work of that kind we will tell you and quote it separately. You are not obliged to accept, but we may be unable to deliver some services if the underlying records cannot support them. 2.6 NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS. We do not guarantee any financial outcome. Our analysis supports your decision-making; it does not replace it. All decisions about your business remain yours. 2.7 ACCURACY DEPENDS ON YOUR RECORDS. Our work is based on data from your accounting system and information you supply. We do not independently verify it. Incomplete or inaccurate records will be reflected in our output. 3. AUTOMATED AND ANALYTICAL OUTPUT Parts of the CFO Command platform generate analysis automatically from your data, including scoring, benchmark comparisons, and written summaries. These are analytical tools to support your understanding of your finances. They are not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice, and are only as current and accurate as the data behind them. Benchmark comparisons are directional, drawn from third-party professional-services data or from targets agreed with you. They are not audited industry standards. 4. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU You agree to: 4.1 Maintain your accounting records and keep them reasonably current. 4.2 Provide and maintain access to your accounting system and any other systems we agree are needed. 4.3 Supply, each period, the manually maintained information identified during the build — which may include time records, billable hours, utilization, work in progress, or backlog. We confirm this list in writing at the end of the build. 4.4 Review what we deliver and tell us promptly if anything appears incorrect. If information we need is not provided, we may be unable to update the affected figures. Where that happens we will show the metric as unavailable rather than present a figure we cannot support. 5. FEES, PAYMENT, AND CANCELLATION 5.1 BUILD FEE. A one-time fee of $1,995, invoiced during the build period. Your dashboard is published once it is received. THE BUILD FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE. 5.2 RECURRING FEE. $449 per month, or $4,490 per year. The recurring fee does not begin until your build is complete. 5.3 BILLING. Recurring fees are charged automatically to the payment method on file. 5.4 CANCELLATION — MONTHLY. Cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing month. Fees already paid for the current month are not refunded. 5.5 CANCELLATION — ANNUAL. Cancel at any time. We refund the unused remainder of your annual fee, calculated as the number of whole calendar months remaining after the cancellation date, multiplied by one twelfth of the annual fee. The build fee is not included in this calculation and is not refunded. 5.6 LATE PAYMENT. If payment is not received within 30 days of the due date we may suspend services until payment is made. 5.7 PRICE CHANGES. We may change fees with at least 60 days' written notice. If you do not accept a change you may cancel under 5.4 or 5.5. 6. YOUR DATA 6.1 Your financial data remains yours. We claim no ownership over it. 6.2 We keep your financial information confidential and do not disclose it to third parties except as required to deliver the services, as you direct, or as required by law. 6.3 The CFO Command platform, its dashboard templates, scoring methodology, benchmark data, and analytical tools remain our property. You receive a non-exclusive right to use them for your own business during your engagement. 6.4 On cancellation you may export your data. We retain it for 90 days after cancellation and may delete it thereafter. 7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 7.1 Our total liability arising from Advisory services, whatever the cause, will not exceed the total fees you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 7.2 Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, even if advised of the possibility. 7.3 Any claim must be brought within one year of the date the services giving rise to it were provided. 7.4 Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or willful misconduct. 8. GENERAL 8.1 GOVERNING LAW. The laws of the State of Florida. 8.2 DISPUTES. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Advisory Service Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration in Walton County, Florida. 8.3 CHANGES TO THESE TERMS. We may publish updated Advisory Service Terms. You remain on the version you accepted until you accept a newer one. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance. 8.4 SURVIVAL. Sections 2, 3, 6, and 7 survive termination.
